Brooks Curran shreds Vermont dirt.
Brooks Curran shreds Vermont dirt.

Vermont skier Brooks Curran is never one to give up on winter. Nearly every year around early May, he shares footage of true spring skiing conditions on the East Coast. This year was no different, with the Vermonter effortlessly riding over patches of dirt and hitting rails made from fallen trees.

It looks like it a blast of a run, a little bit like an obstacle course heading down the mountain. The creativity involved in putting together this run is especially impressive. Naturally it raises the question of what kind of work those ski bases will need after a run like that.

Whatever the case, cheers to Brooks for keeping the season alive!
