A grizzly bear was shot with a rubber bullet for backing up the pace of play at Jasper Park Lodge Golf Club in Alberta, Canada. Bystanders report that the grizzly was taking a particularly long time with his short game.

“I was paired up to play with Yogi…” said John Smith of Calgary. “He was taking so gosh darn long to chip his darn ball onto the darn green. Who does this guy think he is? Fricken Tiger Woods or sumpin’?”

Rather than asking the grizzly to speed up his pace, the course rangers took to a more aggressive method of removing him from the course.

Here’s what actually happened 😂:

“This view from the 8th tee deck at Jasper Park Lodge Golf Club is of a grizzly bear grazing next to the 7th green being shot with a rubber bullet by a Parks Canada Warden.”
