Apex predator standoff caught on camera in Lamar Valley inside Yellowstone National Park. For The Win reports Yellowstone Wolf Tracker guide, Taylor Bland, described the behavior as “resource guarding” and it did not appear the members of the Junction Butte wolf pack intended to kill the cubs. The footage was captured from around a quarter-mile away and Bland described it as “one of the most epic bear-wolf interactions I’ve ever seen.”
