New Jersey — Last year, SNOW Operating joined the multi-mountain pass game with the introduction of the Snow Triple Play. This pass included three days of total (not three days at each) access at various ski resorts across the region, which included Mountain Creek, Big SNOW, Whiteface, Gore, Plattekill, Belleayre, Kissing Bridge, Mount Southington, and more. Next winter, two new pass products will be coming from SNOW Operating.
Last week, SNOW Operating revealed plans to bring back the Snow Triple Play for next winter. Additionally, two new multi-mountain passes will be introduced.
The Snow Pass will offer two days each at various ski resorts across the country. A full partner lineup will likely expand on what the Snow Triple Play offered during the 2025-26 season. They are promoting it as a national pass product. The other pass with a Midwest-centric version of the Snow Triple Play.
Snow Operating owns Mountain Creek Resort and operates Big SNOW American Dream in New Jersey. Additionally, they created a beginner-specific terrain experience (Terrain-Based Learning) used by various ski resorts and a resort software platform (SnowCloud) that has just added Jackson Hole. These products have allowed the company to build relationships with ski resorts beyond New Jersey.
The new Snow Pass clearly targets some Empire and Garden State markets. With New York City and Albany near these aforementioned mountains, they have a group of interested skiers and riders.
It’s expected to cost below $400, with sales launching in December. More details about the pass, including its official price and launch date, are expected to be announced later this summer.
