Zeb Powell at Woodward Copper
Zeb Powell at Woodward Copper

COPPER, Colorado – Who better to encourage your kids to do better in the park than the legendary Zeb Powell? Giving out autographs, dangling free merch in front of them on a fishing rod as they hit rails and boxes, teaching them how to dance, and just showing them how it’s done. I don’t have kids, but I’d send them to any summer camp run by Zeb Powell if I did.

Lift access skiing at Copper may be done for public skiers and snowboarders, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still some snow to go around. Copper’s hike-to park is open from 10am-5pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, providing access to boxes and rails for $25 a head. The park is located right in the center village, too, so there’s plenty of other summer activity options if you get bored of the snow.
