Shout out to Rossignol skier Hannah Melinn who shared all the little tricks and tips she has accumulated over the years to make her ski equipment more comfortable to and avoid getting overstimulated from ill fitting gear:
“I cannot be the only one who gets overstimulated from ski gear. Here’s my system that works for me to keep me comfortable despite all of the layers!”
While we all have own methods to stay comfy on the hill, its nice to see how a professional approaches putting on her ski kit. Main takeaways include putting on her socks last to avoid getting sweaty, only putting her ski socks in her boots (legging get folded up above the cuff) and creating a nice gasket between her upper and lower thermals so everything stays nice and tidy.
Thanks Hannah!
