FLORIDA – The Florida Everglades honestly look like a perfect place for wakeboarding, assuming you can find a boat good for navigating the wetlands. Of course, the airboat is the answer to that problem, as professional wakeboarder Guenther Oka shows us.

The only thing that makes me a little uneasy about trying this is the fear of getting whacked by a reed, or eaten by a gator. Plus I’m not actually very good at wakeboarding…

So if cable parks are essentially ski and snowboard parks for wakeboarding, is this freeride or urban? Like obviously behind a boat, jumping the wake is going to be freeride, but he’s hitting dock rails and other set jumps, so does that make it closer to urban? Maybe we just call it freestyle?
