This July, Sheryl Crow is going to soak up the sun at Beech Mountain Ski Resort in North Carolina. One of the best off-season activities at Beech Mountain is taking in a concert. This summer, they’ll be hosting a variety of big acts.
On June 10th, they’ll be hosting The Revivalists with Son Little. I’m personally a big fan of their song Wish I Knew You, so this is a great show for Beech Mountain. On July 15th, Amos Lee with Langhorne Slim will perform at the ski resort. The third summer concert will be on August 12th, which will feature Grace Potter with Morgan Wade.
This week, Beech Mountain announced the Party On The Mountain Concert Series, which will be happening on July 28-30th. The main performer will be Sheryl Crow with Southern Avenue on the 28th. Sheryl was just inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and is known for hit songs like If It Makes You Happy, Soak Up The Sun, All I Wanna Do, and Everyday Is A Winding Road. The other performers include JJ Grey & Mofos, and Dawes on the 29th, and My Morning Jacket with Katie Pruitt will perform on the 30th. The festival will feature food trucks, craft vendors, a brewery, and more.
They will also host a variety of concerts at their summit this summer, which are called Live Music at 5,506′. The best news about all of these concerts is that you don’t have to deal with Live Nation and their ridiculous fees. You can purchase tickets for these concerts here.
