I grew up swimming the murky waters of the northeast beaches always wondering what could be in the water. You kind have to take a ‘negligence is bliss’ mindset in order to have fun and get through the day. It turns out that it’s not so far-fetched that great white sharks could be lurking near the shore…
A fisherman in Cape Cod, MA had a fish stolen from his line by what appears to be a big great white shark, and now I’m contemplating never swimming in the ocean again. I know some guy is going to say, “But Matt, the odds of you getting attacked by a shark are slim to none. You have nothing to worry about.”
Yeah, okay mister tough guy. You’re telling me you would show up to this beach and dive head first into the water after seeing a massive great white shark thrash itself around in plain sight? I don’t think I’m the crazy one in this situation, buddy…
