27 year-old Hayden Wright injured multiple people when he veered off course after taking an air at the Summit County ski area’s annual pond skim. He is set to spend 10 days imprisoned before year’s end and will also commit 120 hours towards community service.

Wright was pictured with alcohol prior to taking the jump and other witnesses allege he announced his plans to jump the crowd earlier in the day. Wright’s girlfriend disputed those claims saying he was just kidding and that his jump into the crowd was on accident.
