After flying on a private jet to one of the fanciest ski resorts in the world, Prince William and Kate Middleton are coming under fire for their family’s extravagant lifestyle.

That lifestyle, which includes skiing in the French alps, is coming at the cost of their employees’ paychecks. Recently, Kensington Palace employees discussed striking because wages were cut nearly £3,000, which ultimately put many seasoned employees below the poverty line.

According to reports, the royal couple spent thousands on ski gear during their recent trip to Courchevel. In addition to the glamorous lodging digs and over-the-top ski wear, Prince William has apparently been shirking his duties and many are accusing the royal family member of only working 80 hours in one month.

Which begs the question, is it time for Prince William to become a patroller to fulfill his royal skiing duties?
