This video shows the world’s best parkour athletes using the dynamic architecture of Santorini to showcase their moves. The gorgeous vistas and surprisingly large crowds add a lot to the background music of the shots.
This was filmed at the Red Bull Art of Motion competition that gave each athlete two minutes to show off their stuff on the streets, rooftops, and donkeys of Santorini, Greece.
Parkour is getting crazy and the chances these guys are taking now are huge.
“At the Red Bull Art of Motion on the Greek island of Santorini, the world’s best urban artists attempted to blend art and sports together in the unique ambience of the immaculate white city perched on the rocky cliffs. Rooftops, domes, terraces and swimming pools were all part of the 200-meter long course with a height differential of 50 meters that the athletes had to master within a two-minute time limit. Pavels Petkuns of Latvia was the winner of day!” – Red Bull
