The 2025/2026 ski season has been more fruitful for New England than it has for much of the Rocky Mountains and the West Coast. But no matter how much snow they saw throughout the winter, every ski resort in the eastern United States will eventually shut down winter operations throughout the warmer months. 11 ski resorts are still open in New England (at least on the weekends) as of April 14th, but there’s a few that are expecting close up shop pretty soon.
