Hammering snow at Winter Park Resort.

Colorado saw a decent amount of snowfall earlier this week, bringing a solid 6 inches of fresh spring snow to a few areas. The ski season is still dwindling across the state, and the vast majority of ski areas are already closed, but those that are still open could see some decent powder in the coming days on top of what they’ve already received. Just 6 areas are still open, and while most are still waiting to announce a closing date, some are already set for closure this weekend or next.
