A lightning-sparked wildfire in Douglas County, Colorado that was detected early by artificial intelligence camera technology is now fully contained, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

The Log Jumper Fire was declared 100% contained and controlled as of Sunday morning. Crews will continue to monitor the area in the coming days.

The approximately one-acre fire was caused by a lightning strike that ignited a tree.
