The Stifel Killington Cup is officially returning to Killington Resort in Vermont this November after a one-year hiatus, marking the first Audi FIS Ski World Cup stop on U.S. soil for the 2026-27 season.
The event was held at Copper Mountain in Colorado in 2025 while Killington completed construction of the new Superstar Six lift. With that project finished and expanded snowmaking capacity added to the Superstar trail, the race returns to its longtime home on the East Coast.
The field is expected to include several athletes who competed at the 2026 Winter Olympics, among them multiple medal winners. Both races take place on the Superstar trail, finishing at the base of the K-1 area in the heart of the festival village.
The weekend schedule kicks off Friday, November 27th, with the festival village opening at 3:00pm, followed by live music and the athlete bib presentation at 5:45pm and a fireworks display. Giant slalom runs are set for Saturday, November 28th, with Run 1 beginning at 9:30am and Run 2 at 12:30pm. Slalom follows on Sunday, November 29th, with runs scheduled for 10:00am and 1:00pm. Live music on the Kona Big Wave Stage is planned between runs both days. Organizers expect more than 40,000 spectators over the course of the event.
Ticket options include general admission, grandstand, and premier grandstand. VIP packages are sold in partnership with the Killington World Cup Foundation, a nonprofit that has distributed more than $2,000,000 in grants to youth winter sports programs across the Northeast over the past six years.
A broadcast schedule will be announced closer to the event. Additional information and ticket details are available at killington.com/the-killington-cup.
