The snow party isn’t over yet on the East Coast, though things are certainly starting to seem a bit warmer. Several portions of northern New England, including several ski resorts, are expected to see some proper snowfall this weekend, with up 8 inches possible in some areas.
The National Weather Service‘s expected snowfall forecast for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont between Friday and Monday, March 31, has up to 7 inches of snow falling in some areas. In Burlington, Vermont, 2-4 inches are expected, while Newport, Vermont is looking at 3-7 inches. In both Littleton and Pittsburg, New Hampshire, up to 6 inches of snowfall is forecasted.

The town of Rumford, Maine, home to Black Mountain of Maine, is forecasted to receive between 3 and 5 inches of snowfall. Meanwhile areas like Bingham, Maine are looking at 2-6 inches.
On the high end amount forecast, the one in ten chance of higher snowfall, Burlington could see up to 5 inches while Newport could see up to 8 inches in addition to Bingham and Pittsburg. Rumford is looking at a high around 6 inches.
