New York’s Gore Mountain just announced they will opening this weekend for another round of early season shredding.
Skiers and snowboarders will have access to Tahawus and the North Quad trail via the Adirondack Express II chairlift. Gore will be open Saturday and Sunday, after which they plan to pause operations temporarily. Worry not as current forecasts are calling for the return of snowmaking temperatures Sunday night which means they will be firing up their snowguns to expand their terrain options in the near future.
Discounted lift tickets are available online or in-person for $44 for this weekend and of course season passholders are welcome.
