The 2025 FIS Freeride World Tour is set to kick off in less than 93 days at Baqueira Beret, Spain, featuring six stops across Europe and North America including a brand-new stop in Val Thorens. With the winter season coming up fast, the FIS Freeride World Tour is introducing us to their 2025 roster. Men and women from around the world will compete in the skiing and snowboard competitions, including 15 athletes brand new to the pro tour.
On the snowboard side of things, ten men and six women are set to compete. The men’s competition will include three rookies, Conrad Niven, Rémi Benamo, and Tilden Wooley. Champion Victor De Le Rue will be returning to defend his world title. The women’s snowboard crew will feature rookie Noémie Equy and returning champion Erin Sauve.
In the skiing competition, 18 men and 8 women will clash for their world titles, including 11 total rookies. On the men’s side, Finn Griffith, Joan Aracil, Mathys Fornasier, Tams Marvell, Tiemo Rolshoven, Toby Rafford, & Virgil Didier will make their debut, while Max Hitzig returns to defend his title. Four women are set to begin their rookie season on the ski side this year. Lena Kohler, Jenna Keller, Chloe Hehir, and Britta Winans.
