Maine’s Finest Athlete is a world authority at making mincemeat out of the bumps and jumps but is a bit of a fish out of water when you put him on pavement.
Luckily Donny Pelletier had an expert coach for his first foray into roller-skiing with medalist and World Champion cross country skier Jessie Diggins showing him the ropes. Donny busted out his beer league hockey equipment protection and its good thing he did:
Just a reminder that roller-skiing can be hazardous, here’s a nasty slam Jessie took a few years back during dry land training. Thankfully Jessie only suffered a few scrapes, this looked painful:
