There isn’t much information relating to this incident available, but we can safely assume that this man is not trained in touching wild elk. How do I know this? Because nobody is trained to touch wild elk, unless they’re unconscious.

Here’s a helpful tip on approaching elk in the wild: DON’T DO IT

Seriously, people, give elk at least 50 yards of space. Not only is it incredibly dangerous to approach them, it can also be illegal.
