The 2022 FIFA World Cup is slated to start next week, but unfortunately, one of the world’s young stars will be absent from the competition.
Haaland is just 22-years-old, but the young Norwegian has absolutely lit up the British Premier League since joining perennial juggernaut Manchester City.
The big forward’s aggressive runs at goal, clinical finishing, and his immense stature have him looking more like a Dragon Prince from House of the Dragon than a striker.
The video below shows a fellow Norwegian poking fun at how Haaland would cross-country ski, and he’s pretty spot on.

I can’t imagine the big guy being able to do anything athletic without looking like an absolute wrecking ball.
I’m bummed that Haaland won’t be at the World Cup, but that’s okay. I’m 100% in on team USA until we get eliminated by Ghana or some other inferior country that we choke against.
