There are not many homes in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area that are more stunning than 4033 S. Parkview Drive. KSL Sports reports that Quin Snyder, the former head coach of the Utah Jazz, recently listed his eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom mansion for sale. Some of the stunning amenities include an infinity edge saltwater pool, waterfall, a basketball and pickleball court, a garage that doubles as a basketball court, a state-of-the-art sauna, walk-in wardrobe closets, a fitness center, and one of the best views of Mt. Olympus and the Wasatch Mountains in the whole area.
For skiers, the main perk is how close you are to the Cottonwoods and Park City. It’s next to Exit 4 of I-215, which gets you directly to the roads leading up to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley. It’s also right next to Millcreek Canyon, which features many hiking trails and backcountry skiing spots. This is probably the home I would choose in Salt Lake, but unfortunately, I did not win the Megamillions over the weekend, so that’s not happening.
