It wasn’t long ago when a spectator at the Tour de France made international news for causing a crash and basically went into witness protection as the world fumed. You’d think folks would have learned their lesson but less than 12 months later we get this clip from Paris Roubaix Race where someone from the crowd got a bit too close to the action and accidentally caught a handlebar of Yves Lampaert causing this nasty spill. Thankfully the rider was unhurt. Let’s hope we don’t see anymore of these incidents anytime soon.
