The early season woes of getting your legs into ski shape can be a real butt kicker. If you are like me and Katie Burrell, you rely on skiing to get you into ski shape. The first few days on the hill are painful and leave you comatose on your couch binge watching Ted Lasso, wishing you had done some pre-season training. I don’t know about you, but those first days on the hill we could all use “a hit of potassium”:
