If you are in Utah and are looking to ski for free on Christmas, this may be the opportunity for you. Brighton Resort will be open on Christmas Day and is giving free lift tickets for the day to the first eighty-five guests dressed as Santa. You have to be in the full costume though, so you can’t just wing it and wear a Santa hat. Obviously, season pass and Ikon holders can dress up as Santa as well, but they are not eligible for the free tickets. If you plan on going up though, plan on being up there early. Snow is expected in what will be a very active pattern over the next week, meaning the crowds are going to show up and clog up the canyon. Brighton will also be hosting a Santa run down the slopes that will meet at the Majestic lift around 11 am. Sounds like a quality way to spend your Christmas!
SANTA SKIS FREE THIS CHRISTMAS DAY! In honor of our 85th Christmas at Brighton, we are letting the first 85 fully dressed Santas ski for free! We are talking fully dressed Santas too, not just a hat 🎅🧑🎄 We hope to see all you Santas up here for a jolly good time 🎄 pic.twitter.com/YgaR2D866d
