Legendary big mountain snowboarder Xavier De Le Rue hit up a wave pool high up in the Swiss Alps during a blizzard recently, and the footage is pretty awesome. He’s at Alaïa Bay, a relatively new wave pool that’s located just minutes from ski resorts. It sits high up in the alps, and the views on a clear day are an unbelievable backdrop for a day of surfing.
I’d probably rather be skiing all of that snow, but surfing in it still looks like a hell of a good time!
