I’ve seen a lot of wild ski footage over the years but this might take the cake. I had to rewind this like 5 times to confirm this unreal sequence. Lemme set the stage, two snowkiters are cruising around the French Alps when an avalanche releases above. The one dude is directly in the path of the slide as its barreling down on him. By the grace of god, the airflow built up in front of the charging avalanche catches his kite and shoots him skyward a split second before he would have been smashed. Dude walked away with a sprained ligament. Legit, this is one of the wildest things I’ve ever seen.
