British secret agent James Bond is seemingly good at everything. Over the years we have learned that 007 is an excellent driver, high-stakes card player, martial artist, consumer of martinis,…just to name a few.
1985’s “A View To A Kill” enlightened us to Bond’s skills on the snow. After obtaining some sort of microchip on a Siberian mountain, Bond is spotted by some generic Russian goons. An on-snow chase ensues. He starts by hucking into a deep crevasse before snapping off some clean-looking turns on a super steep pitch. After an additional huck-to-flat, Bond’s ski is hit by a bullet and destroyed.
He then commandeers a snowmobile which is eventually destroyed. At that point, Bond turns one of the snowmobile skis into a snowboard and resumes shredding extra hard. Oh yeah, all of this action while wearing an all-white snowsuit with a furry hood. You can’t argue with his style.
