Alta Ski Area shared the sad news yesterday that one of their most legendary skiers, David Van Dame aka ‘The Farmer’, has sadly passed away.
The Farmer has been the subject of multiple videos/stories from Alta Ski Area over the years for his dedication to perfecting his turns, and creating stunning snowscapes with his perfect lines.

The Farmer will be missed, and I’m sure the Alta community is hurting right now. Our thoughts are condolences are with all of David Van Dame’s family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
