12 News is reporting that four hikers were struck by lightning on the Grand Canyons’ South Rim on Tuesday. Two of the hikers were found unresponsive and were airlifted to a hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona.

It’s one thing to get struck by lighting and survive. I feel like you hit an extra level of clout if you get struck by lightning in the Grand frickin’ Canyon and live to tell the tale.

I hope that those injured are okay and don’t have any lasting injuries or ailments. If so, they have the most badass story to tell at the bar for the rest of their lives…
