There are reports a chair detached and fell from its cable at Camelback Resort in Pennsylvania on Sunday. Liftblog states that “A local dispatch log notes a call came in at 3:39 pm for a 40-year-old male with back and hip injury, a 12-year-old male with an arm injury and a 9-year-old female with an abdominal injury.”

A local news outlet near Camelback Mountain is reporting that the incident occurred on the Sullivan Express lift.

Reports claim that the lift came to a sudden stop that bounced the chairs significantly. That’s when the chair fell from the cable.

Specifics on the injuries sustained by the victims have not been released.
