Interesting character exploration by Israeli filmmaker Tom Gan-or about the enigmatic Japanese snowboarder Toshiki Yamane. Gan-or traveled to Japan to film Yamane in the hills of Hokkaido but his trip was cut short by the pandemic. Once back at home in Tel Aviv he found himself with a bank of traditional rad snowboard footage but also a penetrating peek into raw and vulnerable mind of Yamane. This is the result.
