Lift Ticket Sales Capped After Hundreds Of Skiers Show Up For Trollhaugen's Opening Day

By

Trollhaugen was forced to suspend lift ticket sales when the area reached maximum capacity for opening day, yesterday, 10/25/20.

I guess two trails on ~250′ of vertical can get clogged pretty quickly, but kudos to these Midwesterners for getting after it.

Check out the photos and videos below from Trollhaugen’s busy opening day!

Yes, it's really still October, and this is what it looks like at #Trollhaugen!!! Some fly over photos from our friend & pilot John Handrahan. We will be open Sunday 10/25 from 12-6pm with limited operations. If you haven't yet, please review our Covid-19 Policies & Procedures online at Trollhaugen.com/covid-19. Important things to note: ✔️ Face coverings are required in the chalet and when social distancing is not possible (ie. In the lift line). ✔️ Gear up at your vehicle and be ready for the slopes once you get your ticket. ✔️ Bags must stay in a vehicle, locker, or cubby. No bags can be stored under tables or in communal eating areas. From all of us at Troll, we thank you for helping us have a safe & fun snow season!
