Efficient and profitable for ski resorts but do you as guest mind interfacing with a touch screen rather than a resort employ? Call me old fashioned but I would prefer picking up my ski pass from a living breathing human being but if faced with a long line at the ticket booth on a pow day I’d immediately divert to a kiosk. How do you feel about phasing out ticket window employees in favor of touchscreens?
