Yesterday, an undisclosed source told Unofficial that someone within Arapahoe Basin was prepping for a Friday opener. When asked, resort officials denied the likelihood of an opening this weekend. And the rumor mill is off to the races!
Although we haven’t heard anything official out of Loveland Ski Area, their snowmaking team is working hard to open prior to their friendly rivals, A-Basin. Just exactly when that will be is TBD.
