5 minutes • 36 degrees • and a whole lot of determination. • To some, this might seem silly or crazy, but to me, it’s an important challenge to overcome that internal voice that says “quit, this is too hard, give up, you’re not strong enough, it’s impossible” And an opportunity to replace that chatter with, “I can do this, I am capable of overcoming great obstacles, I am strong in will, mind and body” • I’ve been through some tough times in my short life, I’ve lost a brother, a lover and my mother. I spent years of my life trying to get loved ones sober and off the streets. I’ve been broke, injured, sick and nearly dead. Through it all, I found salvation in the reminder that adversity is the breeding ground for success and that the human mind, body and spirit is capable of overcoming incredible obstacles. With the right combination of hope, determination and a positive mental attitude, anything is possible. • So, from me to you… no matter what trauma or challenges you face, please remember that you are strong, powerful and capable of achieving your wildest dreams. All my love, Sierra
