Berkshire East Will Acquire Catamount For Undisclosed Amount

Berkshire East Mountain Resort is in the process of acquiring Catamount Ski Area for an undisclosed amount reports the Greenfield Reporter.

Located in northwestern Massachusetts, Berkshire East is only a 1 hour drive from Catamount and Hillsdale, NY. Berkshire East owner, Jon Schaefer emphasized the need to bring their successful 4-season model to Catamount. Plans for a new base lodge are also in the works.

The sale price is unknown at this point.
