The Summit County District Attorney’s Office working with the Summit County Sheriff’s Office have determined to charge 27 year old Hayden Wright with third-degree assault and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors.

EXACT MOMENT WRIGT FLEW INTO THE CROWD

CBS Denver reports Wright of Englewood, Colorado avoided felony charges after trying to jump the crowd at the annual Slopesoakers pond-skimming event at Copper Mountain, a dumbass move that injured several people including one woman who suffered a broken collarbone.

Wright, of Englewood, was photographed with a bloody mary in his hand and was reportedly telling people he was going to “jump the crowd.” When investigation is complete, the results will be reviewed by the DA’s office and  charges will be determined.
