New Hampshire Police Warn Against Street Skiing After Kid Eats Sh*t On Social Media

“You can’t arrest stupid, so the skier is probably not going to be charged. There are a number of charges that the driver can face, including reckless conduct, reckless operation and possibly disorderly conduct.”

Seacoastonline.com reports Portsmouth police are warning against the dangers of street skiing after Police Chief Robert Merner received an Instagram video of skier skitching through the streets of the coastal New Hampshire city.  The police will try to see if there are cameras in the area that can identify the car.

“The driver was clearly not concentrating on the road. Their attention was on the skier and the roads are narrow. They endangered themselves and the people around them. As for the skier, the potential for injuries there are immense. He could fall and be seriously injured. We have put an advisory on our Facebook page and I will talk to officers about this on Monday. We will see what we can find out about this incident and hopefully there will be no others or no copycat incidents.”
