2017 -2018 Winter Weather Prediction From The Farmers Almanac
The Farmers Almanac has not yet released their 2017 – 2018 winter weather forecast / prediction / outlook but we will be sure to bring it to you as soon as it is released.

The National Weather Service has released their own winter weather outlook for the 2017 -2018 winter which you can read here (2018 Winter Weather Forecast | Long Range Prediction From NOAA).
In short, NOAA is forecasting that much of the United States will see above average temperatures with an equal chance of having above average snowfall or below average snowfall. This inclusive outlook is somewhat due to the fact that all signs point to a winter without a strong El Niño or La Niña.
