Thought MSP was the first production company to make a “Ski Movie?” Think again because Michael Jaquet and Shane McConkey already produced their own ski flick with the same title during their time at the University of Colorado.
Back then, backflips were illegal, beer was $3 bucks for a six-pack, and Jane’s Addiction was pumping out hits. The times were simple but for Shane McConkey and Kent Kreitler, this movie would be their first foray into what would become long and legendary professional ski careers.
