Construction is set to commence this summer with the implementation of a new, fixed-grip quad to be known as the Beavers Quad Chairlift that will access everything from intermediate groomers to advanced tree skiing. The “Steep Gullies” area will feature experts only terrain.
“With everything from intermediate groomed runs to steearap, narrow chutes, many of our skiers and riders will be able to enjoy the exceptional snow in these areas.” – Alan Henceroth, Arapahoe Basin COO
With the expansion included, A-Basin will host approximately 1,428 acres of skiable terrain, placing it among Colorado’s best and most varied ski resorts.
