The rumors are true– Sunshine Village will start its season this Thursday, November 3rd.

After looking at the pictures and reading the announcement, the Alberta resort will have a lot to offer on opening day but with the resort has yet to disclose what trails will be open.

“Skiers and riders are advised to use caution as early season conditions mean there may be unmarked natural hazards around the resort.”– Sunshine Village

Opening Day Details

  • Base Depth – 27″
  • 4 Chairs – Wawa, Strawberry, Jackrabbit and Wolverine, one magic carpet and one 8-passenger gondola
  • Sunshine Mountain Lodge will not open till Nov. 11
