When it comes to big weekends in Aspen, X-Games reigns supreme and this year, the winter action sports competition will get even bigger as it adds three new sports to the schedule reports ESPN.

Along with snow biking, Women’s ski and snowboard big air will be added to the docket– making this the first X-Games to host female-only big air events in the United States since 2001. The last X-Games women’s big air events were held in Oslo, Norway and their success spurred inclusion in the Aspen games.
Bassnectar, The Chain Smokers, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, and G-Eazy will be performing live at the X-Games.
Snow biking will utilize motorbikes modified with a front paddle and rear snow track in order to manage the snowy conditions. Snowmobile best trick will also return to the list of events after a 4 year hiatus.
