How can you even make this sh*t up?  Robert Biggs, 69 of Paradise, CA says he is lucky to be alive after a mountain lion attack on Monday.  He came across a mother bear, yearling and a newborn about 40 feet from him and turned up trail the other direction.

At that point a mountain lion pounced grabbing his backpack with all four paws.  He wrestled the cat striking it with a rock for a little while when the mother bear came from behind and tore the cat from Biggs’s backpack.  Biggs escaped relatively unscathed, thanks to the bear.  WTF?  Is this guy for real?
