You can tell how freaked out the person holding the camera was by the heavy breathing and lack of horizontal video. Here is what she had to say about the slide:

“Large Avalanche triggered by cornice fall, triggered slab just below cornice at approximately 7,200 ft. Avalanche poured over convexity and triggered another slab with crown depth exceeding 5 feet. Avalanche continued to lake, approximately 40 yds away from where i was standing. Dropped my skis and ran to higher ground on opposite side of lake. (Approximately 2,000 ft vertical and 250 ft wide avalanche).” – Liza Kubik
