After spending three days in jail for taking nude photographs at the summit of Mt. Kinabalu, the four tourists being blamed for the 5.9 magnitude earthquake that shook the sacred mountain will be deported upon paying a $1333 fine.

During a court hearing on Friday, the 4 tourists plead guilty to indecent exposure charges and according to the judge, showed genuine remorse for their actions.

However, people involved in the nude photographs continue to be arrested.

Emil Kaminski, a 33 year old blogger, who initially released the photo being used as evidence, was found and arrested yesterday. The photo in question was viewed by a park ranger and subsequently passed on to local authorities. However, Kaminski is not exhibiting signs of guilt. In fact, he continues to lash out via his social media profiles, using the hash tag #assquake and calling tourism minister Masidi Manjun “an idiot, not a minister of tourism.”
