“The consistently good snow at Big Sky is key,” said Taylor Middleton, Big Sky Resort’s General Manager. “For the second year in a row while other resorts across the country struggled to keep slopes open, Big Sky started off with a great base and continued to get powder throughout the season. Skiers go where there’s snow.”

In addition to an overall record season, Big Sky Resort saw a record holiday week between Christmas and New Year’s during the ‘12/‘13 season. On Saturday, Dec. 29, Big Sky Resort recorded its highest number of skiers in one day with nearly 6,000 snow enthusiasts, an increase over the previous record day, Saturday of Presidents weekend 2012.
