Snow freaks at Squaw are all talking about Silverado right now. From reliable sources, we’ve discovered that Squaw is planning on opening Silverado on Friday; weather permitting.
Conditions likely won’t be too great, but how fun will it be to ski Silvy? Squaw kindov a a large vat of mank right now and the current temperature at the base is 48F. Yet, we found great skiing on slush bumps and slushy groomers of Oly lady.
Some sort of weather is headed our way, but it’s dangerously undefinted.
We should be stoked. Silverado. 500 acres we haven’t touched all season. Something different.
